日本中を騒然とさせましたね。＃朝日は一面でした。

たださんの日記ではマイクロソフトのガイドラインに従って作ったのに訴えられているとの記事。

確かに。

まつもとさんの記事では松下不買運動。

私はむしろこれを特許として認める日本の制度が悪いと思いますが、

松下もこんな基本的な特許で訴訟をするという倫理感に問題があるかも。

訴訟でお金を得てもうまくやらないと企業イメージは下がる。。。

知的財産戦略ってのも結構難しいですね。

私は松下ヘビーユーザーなので、

松下の人気が下がるようであればちょっと残念だな。

いろいろんなところに影響が出るもんですね。

ところで1ヶ月で10000超えになるかと思ったのですが、

惜しくも1日足りませんでした。

でもここ最近、特に宣伝活動をしているわけでもないのに

じわじわアクセス数が増えてきて嬉しい限りです。

ただ、アクセス数のグラフ見ると、一昔前に第1次ブームがきてるんですよね。

なんでそこでブームになったかも分からないし、

なんでブームが終わったのかも？です。

しかも最高アクセス数はその後唐突に更新されたし。。。

BLOGのアクセス解析してみるとそれもまた面白いかも。

あとは、アクセス数に惑わされずこつこつ書いていくのも大事。

日経ソフトウェアのコラムに載ってた面白い考察。

年を取ると時間が過ぎるのは早くなりますよね。

それを「記憶に残る量が減るから」っていう見解で説明してました。

人間は初めてやることは強烈に心に残るんだそうです。

小さな頃は初めてやることが多いけど、

大人になると減っていくので記憶に残りにくい。

後で思い返したときに記憶が少ないので時間の流れが速く感じるとのこと。

対策としては、日記を書いて週の終わりに読み返すのがいいそうです。

長年日記は時間速度超過対策に良いみたいですね。

マイクロソフトのガイドラインというものがあったかどうか失念しましたが、マイクロソフト標準というものがあるとするならば「F1」を押すとヘルプが起動し、「Shift+F1」を押すとコンテキストヘルプモードになり、メニューやツールバーボタンなどの説明がでます。「Shift+F1」を押すとコンテキストヘルプモードになるのはマイクロソフト的には標準でしょうけど、コンテキストヘルプモードにボタンを割り付けるのは標準とは思えないなぁ。さらにジャストシステムはWindowsのAPIを使って〜〜と言っているようですけど、それは今回の争点からはずれていると思います。APIの組み合わせにより特許に抵触する状態になるというのは十分にあり得ることでしょう。 個人的には訴えた松下はみっともない。ジャストシステムは見当違いのところで戦って負けた、というように思えます。ジャストシステムは公知の事例を探すか、近いものを探して先進性がないことを証明する必要があるのだと思います。それが難しいからこんなことになっているのでしょうが。

CNET Japanでも記事がアップされました。 「一太郎ショック」で鳴り響くソフトウェア産業への警鐘 http://japan.cnet.com/news/biz/story/0,2000050156,20080442,00.htm 松下側の視点でも考えているところが他の記事とことなるところでしょうか。 僕には松下が「うちにメリットはないけど勢いでやっちゃった、こんなに反響があるとは思わなかった、でもこれってやっぱうちの権利だし、ごにょごにょ」と言っているように聞こえます。 今回の場合「おまえのところなんか潰してやる」と公の場で宣言したようなものなわけで、世の中への影響を考えずにやる方がどうかしているなあと感じます。考えた上でやっているなら、、、怖いなぁ。
